What will you be doing?

As an Outbound Sales Representative you are responsible for selling the company’s products and services to grow our client base B2B. Your open communication with potential clients creates new opportunities and drives customer demand, while understanding customer needs and analysing current sales and market developments.

We are looking for a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be a good fit to a “start-up/ scale-up” environment. A Mid-Level position with great potential for further development of the function in the company and for personal growth, including adequate compensation and attractive working conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Generating high-quality sales leads, securing, and renewing orders and engage in pre-sales activities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods and channels
  • Build up and maintain an effective sales funnel (portfolio of prospects & hot leads)
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales with clients
  • Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products or services
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and monitoring client & market developments
  • Conduct and present sales reports to key stakeholders
  • Support the executive management to develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our B2B client base
  • Support the executive management with insights on competitor’s products and pricing along with actual market demands and client preferences

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in the domain of complex B2B software solutions and technology industry
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of internal/external stakeholders, including executive and C-level
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical recipients
  • Team oriented, problem solving skills, takes (proactive) initiative & leadership
  • Desire for self-development
  • Passion and curiosity for Digital, Innovation/Fintech and in particular Loyalty / CRM / Data
  • Commercial understanding and the attitude to identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in German and English with strong awareness of the relevant Swiss & DACH market ecosystem(s) (i.e., Retailtech, Fintech, Insuretech)
